Bookkeeper/Office Manager

A systems contractor in Round Rock is looking for an Office Manager with full-charge Bookkeeping experience. Company offers benefits (health, PTO, etc.) with hours from M-F 8-4:30pm.

Requirements/Duties:

  • Strong QuickBooks experience is a must!
  • AP/AR, Payroll, Preparing Financial Statements, General Ledger
  • Customer service
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Assist CEO as needed
