The AM serves as the client advocate, providing clients with a consistent level of proactive and professional support in an effort to develop and maintain relationships throughout the lifecycle of the account.
A Key role of the AM is to serve as the liaison for the client and internal technical team. This role has been strategically developed to help lay the foundation for a successful partnership with clients.
Duties will include:
Manage the Onboarding of new clients
Create and maintain strong relationships with client contacts
Coordinate and lead client Orientations
Communicate client expectations and needs to all affected teams in a timely manner.
Provide clients with regular Account Reviews
Additional areas include: project Management, vendor relations, problem solving and assisting with proposals and much more!
Minimum of an Associate’s Degree (with a Bachelor’s degree preferred)
At least 2 years’ recent professional/customer service or account management experience to the small or mid-sized business market
Ideal candidates will have previous AM experience in a technology environment
Candidates must have strong communication skills: written, face to face and over the phone

Salary is $40K-$55K plus bonus and phenomenal benefits!
