A prestigious Architecture firm in downtown Austin is seeking an Assistant/Receptionist to join their team!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning firm that offers a professional, positive work environment. This person will assist a variety of Managers from HR/Accounting to Project Managers/Marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to get their foot in the door where they can learn and grow.

Job duties are as follows:

  • Answers a busy phone line
  • Heavy vendor relations
  • Conference calls
  • Arranges meetings in conference rooms
  • Greet vendors, visitors, and delivery services,
  • Collect and distribute outgoing deliveries and mail
  • This position will require heavy Microsoft Word and Excel as well as heavy typing and data entry.

    This is a fast paced work environment where multitasking is a must!

    Hours are Monday-Thursday 8-6 and Friday 8-Noon. Salary is 28K with 100% benefits.

    Qualifications include:

  • A degree
  • 1-2 years of professional office experience
  • strong Microsoft Office skills
  • positive attitude and a history of punctual attendance.
