Territory Manager - Austin

A national leading financial services company is rapidly growing and has an opening for a Territory Manager in Austin.
This is a very stable company that offers exceptional training, good management, company car, phenomenal benefits and a very rewarding culture! This is a B2B Business Development position that requires at least 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
Duties will Include:
Ensuring increased sales and productivity by locating and appointing new business prospects
Evaluating each agency’s business and market share Researching and analyzing competitive placement within the region
Developing marketing initiatives and strategic plans for market penetration
Attending marketing events and home office meetings
Creating reports to illustrate marketing/sales initiatives
Employ a method of disciplined follow-up and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing is preferred Previous outside sales experience is required.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Effective sales, negotiating and presentation skills Ability to learn and promote products and services Ability to develop rapport with agents
Ability to analyze product data and identify market trends.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
