Territory Manager - Austin

A national leading financial services company is rapidly growing and has an opening for a Territory Manager in Austin.

This is a very stable company that offers exceptional training, good management, company car, phenomenal benefits and a very rewarding culture! This is a B2B Business Development position that requires at least 2+ years of B2B sales experience.

Duties will Include:

  • Ensuring increased sales and productivity by locating and appointing new business prospects
  • Visiting agents
  • Evaluating each agency’s business and market share
  • Researching and analyzing competitive placement within the region
  • Developing marketing initiatives and strategic plans for market penetration
  • Attending marketing events and home office meetings
  • Creating reports to illustrate marketing/sales initiatives
  • Employ a method of disciplined follow-up and organizational skills
  • Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing is preferred
  • Previous outside sales experience is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Effective sales, negotiating and presentation skills
  • Ability to learn and promote products and services
  • Ability to develop rapport with agents
  • Ability to analyze product data and identify market trends.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
